It's exactly what the name implies. It's a club for students with IDEAS. Specifically, it's a club for students who have IDEAS about how to start new businesses or how to find new and better solutions to problems -- big ones and small ones. It's a club for students who want to explore the world of IDEAS and learn from people who have created successful businesses and maybe made a positive contribution to the place where we live. It's a club for students who want to share and develop and test their ideas. If you've ever had an idea, a really good idea, and you want to see where it might lead, Idea Club is for you.

Idea Club will meet once a week on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 5:00 at Innovation Pointe in downtown Evansville.

The Idea Club is sponsored by and receives support from several business/innovation/entrepreneurial/educational organizations who want to help young people pursue their dreams right here in Evansville. Organizations like WIRED (Workforce Innovation and Regional Economic Development), Innovation Pointe, GAGE (Growth Alliance of Greater Evansville), The Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana and the S.W. Indiana Small Business Development Center are all helping to make this club happen.
